After traveling about 400 miles from Manila, we finally arrived at one of the best city in the Philippines, the Cebu City or popularly known as the Queen City of the South. Since we booked a tour package, a van fetched us from Mactan-Cebu International Airport to our condotel located near SM City Cebu and Cebu international port. The tour package includes airport van transfer, south Cebu tour and a one-night condotel accommodation in San Marino Residences, Cebu city.
San Marino Residences
Experience a comfortable and a pleasant place surrounded by an amazing panoramic view of Cebu’s oceanfront and a glittering Cebu’s modern city which will take your time to indulge, relax and pamper. San Marino Residences is very convenience since popular establishment and commercial building is just right across the street.
Since SM City Cebu is just a few blocks away, San Marino Residences is very convenience for travelers because they can go shopping and buy some stuff that they would be needed when traveling, watch movies at cinemas, dine in the best restaurants in Cebu and stroll around the city.

I’ll start with the kitchen, I’m sure you will not be worried about the kitchen things that you may be needed during your stay in this condotel since San Marino Residences provides all of these stuff from utensils, refrigerator, oven, rice cooker and water dispenser, and etc for free.

We just spent a night in San Marino Residences and we checked out at 4:00 in the morning then we travel to south Cebu. Their bed is very comfortable and smooth and you will definitely feel so relax. They have a very nice sheets that are clean and comfy. But to be honest, I didn’t experience it for a long time since our call time was so early. We rent another room, so we can leave some of our personal stuff there. We went back in our condotel at the third day of our tour which is a whole day tour in Cebu city.
San Marino Residences has a three-level parking, the building is very secured since it has a 24-hour security. They also have a fire protection, automatic sprinkler system, and a fire alarm system. If there’s a power shortage in the city, don’t worry, they have a 100% backup generator. This is only some of the features of the building.
