Do you know what makes it so special? Simple because of how they cook it. The key is how long it was being cook as per Master Chef of Sabó Moderno Filipino. They continuously cooking the soup. Yes! I mean, they never turn off the fire even if they’re close just to make it perfect. The meat is so tender as my friends grab it first. Of course, eating Bulalo wouldn’t be complete if you don’t slurp the bone marrow, that’s the first thing that customers to look onto when ordering a bulalo and Sabó Moderno Filipino never disappoint us. In my own experience, I have visited several Bulaluhan in Tagaytay, some of them didn’t have that delicious bone marrow unlike in Sabó that you can slurp, some of them are plain and ordinary.

They call it “Klasik piniritong manok”. This is one of my favorites here in Sabó Moderno Filipino. The juiciness and crispiness of their chicken really got my attention and it is definitely worth a try. The taste is not very common like what I’ve experienced in other restaurants. It’s so tasty even without a sauce. But, you also have to try their very distinct sauce. I promise that you will surely go back to this restaurant.
